Myant Inc.

Myant Inc. and Osmotex AG have agreed to form a joint venture to commercialize Osmotex's HYDRO_BOT active membrane technology for textile-based applications, including moisture management and thermal regulation. The technology can move 200 liters of fluid per square meter per hour.

ZOLL Medical Corporation and Myant Inc. entered an exclusive strategic multi-year agreement to jointly develop technologies for future generations of the ZOLL LifeVest wearable defibrillator. The collaboration was announced on January 2, 2018.

Myant Inc. committed $100 million to the advanced manufacturing supercluster in the Toronto-Waterloo Innovation Corridor, which has been short-listed for Canada's Innovation Superclusters Initiative.
