All Metals Fabricating announced a second facility with an initial 40,000 sq ft footprint, optimized for data center sheet metal fabrication and precision machining. The facility is expected to be operational by early December 2026, with $7 million in equipment added in Phase 1.

All Metals Fabricating joined a group of investors to acquire Power Electric Supply Company (formerly Meister Supply Company), a Texas-based electrical and telecommunications distributor. The investment aims to support data center and power generation industries.
