Vamasundari Investments Pvt Ltd, a joint venture between HCL Group and Foxconn, will build a semiconductor manufacturing unit in Sector 28 of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, Greater Noida. The plant involves an investment of ₹3,706 crore, will have a capacity of 20,000 wafers per month, and is expected to generate 3,780 jobs.
