Nissha Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in USM Healthcare Medical Devices Factory JSC, a Vietnamese manufacturer of stents and orthopedic devices. The deal was announced in January 2026 and closed on May 21, 2026.

Nissha Co., Ltd. decided to acquire 60% of shares of USM Healthcare, a Vietnamese medical device manufacturer based in Ho Chi Minh City, making it a subsidiary. The transfer is scheduled for March 2026.
