AR Metallizing, a Nissha subsidiary, completed its acquisition of the paper coating side of Eurofoil in Berlin, excluding the aluminium foil operation. The deal adds metallized paper capacity and direct food-contact packaging products.
Nissha's subsidiary AR Metallizing N.V. signed a share purchase agreement to acquire Eurofoil Paper Coating GmbH, a German metallized paper manufacturer, with completion expected toward the end of November 2019 subject to German cartel approval. The announcement was made on 8 November 2019.
