Governor Greg Abbott announced a Texas Semiconductor Innovation Fund grant of $15.2 million to Tekscend Photomask Round Rock Inc. to expand photomask production capacity at their manufacturing facility in Round Rock, Texas. The project is expected to create 50 jobs and represents more than $223 million in capital investment.
