Nordic Climate Group acquired Allcool (NW) Limited, a refrigeration and air-conditioning service company based in Poulton-le-Fylde, UK. Allcool has 40 employees and will continue operating under its own name.

Nordic Climate Group expanded into the United Kingdom and Ireland through three strategic acquisitions with combined revenue exceeding EUR 50 million. The acquisitions include Anglo Irish Refrigeration in Ireland and establish Nordic Climate Group as a market leader in Ireland with a starting position in the UK.
