McAllister Mills

Padtex Insulation acquired a 50% stake in McAllister Mills, Inc., an advanced materials manufacturer based in Independence, Virginia, USA. The partnership aims to expand thermal and fire protection systems globally.

Alpha Engineered Composites acquired the Textile Division of McAllister Mills, effective September 23, 2025. The acquisition includes manufacturing assets and product lines such as fiberglass, basalt and silica fabrics, tapes, ropes and sleeving, and operations will continue at McAllister's Independence, Virginia facility.
