JX to invest additional ¥3.3B in InP substrate production at Isohara plant
JX announced an additional ¥3.3 billion investment to expand indium phosphide (InP) substrate production capacity at its Isohara plant in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. Combined with a previous ¥1.5 billion investment, capacity will increase 1.5 times by fiscal 2027 compared to 2025.
