Yonghong Advanced Materials to acquire 40% stake in Quanrui Composite Materials
Yonghong Advanced Materials (6618) announced its board approved an investment to acquire nearly 40% equity in Quanrui Composite Materials, a composite molding factory in Taichung, Taiwan, to integrate materials and molding capabilities. The acquisition is expected to close in Q1 2026.
