Maxit Gruppe

Maxit Gruppe will acquire the dry mortar and facade activities of Saint-Gobain Weber in Germany, including eight production sites, effective October 1, 2025. The acquisition makes Maxit one of the largest dry mortar manufacturers in Germany, with 17 sites in Germany and the Czech Republic and over 1,200 employees.
