Uno Minda to acquire full control of JV with Buehler Motor
Uno Minda's board approved the acquisition of German partner Buehler Motor's 49.9% stake in their joint venture Uno Minda Buehler Motor (UMBM), making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. The stake purchase will be completed in Q4 FY26 for a cash consideration of ₹10.64 lakh.
