Uno Minda's board approved a joint venture with Buehler Motor GmbH on November 10, 2022, to develop, manufacture and market traction motors for electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers in India and SAARC nations. Uno Minda will invest up to INR 17 crore for a 50.1% stake.
