Capza

Eternity Systems, a French industrial washer of reusable containers and packaging, announced the acquisition of LIP, which washes plastic crates and pallets for the food industry. The deal lets Eternity expand its industrial washing business.

Sagard has entered exclusive negotiations with Capza to acquire EOS Corrugated, a global supplier of cutting counterparts and corrugator belts for corrugated cardboard production lines. The deal was announced on November 30, 2021.
