ifm Group has completed the full acquisition of HiDensity Group, including HMT microelectronic AG, a specialist in ASIC design for sensors and actuators. The deal follows a 30% stake taken in 2022.

ifm prover celebrated the grand opening of its expanded Manufacturing and Technology Center in Malvern, Pennsylvania, growing from 37,000 to 90,000 square feet. The facility produces ultrasonic flow sensors, vortex flow sensors, and temperature instruments, and the company expects to double its 130-employee workforce over the next few years.
