LATI Industria Termoplastici acquires majority stake in JV with Loxim Industries

LATI acquires engineering plastics division of Loxim Industries via joint venture
Lati Industria Termoplastici S.p.A. acquired the engineering plastic compounds division of Loxim Industries Limited through a joint venture company (Lati-Loxim Thermoplastics Private Limited, 51% LATI, 49% Loxim promoters) via a slump sale. The transaction was signed on March 30, 2025 and closed on June 12, 2025.
