Almec starts operation of South Korea's largest extrusion plant in Sacheon
Almec held a groundbreaking ceremony for a 9,000 US ton super-large extrusion plant at its AR Aluminum subsidiary in Sacheon, South Korea, on May 20, 2025. The plant adds 20,000 tons per year of low-carbon aluminum billet capacity and completes vertical integration from casting to extrusion.
