NAFCO's subsidiary MY NAFCO PRECISION SDN. BHD invested approximately NT$130 million to acquire land and factory facilities in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The plant, opened in April 2025, is undergoing further capacity upgrades with total investments expected to exceed US$40 million.

NAFCO announced a five-year cooperation agreement with MTU Aero Engines at the 2025 Paris Air Show, covering aerospace fasteners in Taiwan and precision machining at NAFCO's Suzhou plant in China.

NAFCO Group launched an advanced aerospace manufacturing facility in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, with a USD 40 million investment commitment over the next decade. The initial 5.8-acre complex features 3,500 square meters of manufacturing space, with plans for a second 19,000-square-meter facility within two years.
