Mawarid Turbine Company launched the first phase of a wind turbine manufacturing facility in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm (SEZAD), Oman. The plant will have an annual production capacity of up to 1,000 MW, producing 6.25 MW and 9.6 MW turbines, with investment exceeding $200 million.
