Radius Recycling

Toyota Tsusho completed the acquisition of all shares of US-based Radius Recycling, a leading North American recycling company with over 100 locations and a steel mill, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

Toyota Tsusho America, a US subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corp, will acquire all shares of Radius Recycling for $30 per share, in a deal valued at $1.34 billion. The merger agreement was announced on March 13, 2025.
