Electro Methods Inc. has fully operationalized its $25 million, 60,000-square-foot expansion in South Windsor, Connecticut, adding CNC machines and furnaces to support growth.

Stronvar Aerospace announced that its Electro Methods Inc. business unit has been awarded more than $500 million in new orders from various customers, taking its order backlog over $1.5 billion.

Newly formed Stronvar Aerospace acquired Electro Methods Inc. (EMI), a South Windsor, Connecticut-based specialist in fabrication of high-value assemblies using exotic aerospace alloys for aero engine OEMs.
