SEALSQ Corp has entered exclusive negotiations to acquire 100% of IC'ALPS SAS, an ASIC design specialist based in Grenoble, France. The acquisition is subject to due diligence, definitive agreements, and French regulatory approval.

SEALSQ has secured a multi-year, multi-million-dollar agreement to supply its VaultIC 408 secure microcontroller for millions of smart meters as part of the UK's Smart Metering Implementation Programme. The collaboration includes DCC, Landis+Gyr, Calisen, Toshiba, and Vodafone.
