Dongwon Systems to absorb subsidiary Techpack Solution by merger
Dongwon Systems signed a merger agreement to absorb its subsidiary Techpack Solution, Korea's largest glass bottle maker, with a merger ratio of 1 to 4.44. A shareholder meeting is scheduled for September 1, 2021.
