Dongwon Systems signed a merger agreement to absorb its subsidiary Techpack Solution, Korea's largest glass bottle maker, with a merger ratio of 1 to 4.44. A shareholder meeting is scheduled for September 1, 2021.
Dongwon Systems completed a $10 million expansion of its Bac Ninh factory in Vietnam, adding about 4,500 pyeong of space to produce flexible packaging and PET for customers including Unilever, P&G and PepsiCo.
