OQ Chemicals Nederland B.V.

Perstorp Holding AB, a subsidiary of PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad, announced on December 13, 2024, that it has acquired 100% of the shares of OQ Chemicals Nederland B.V. from OQ Chemicals GmbH. The deal gives Perstorp full ownership of the Dutch company's production assets, technology, and employees.
