Siemens Gamesa has won a £1bn contract from ScottishPower to manufacture wind turbine blades at its Hull factory for 64 turbines at the East Anglia TWO offshore wind farm.

Siemens Gamesa won a turbine order worth more than £1 billion ($1.3 billion) to supply 64 SG 14-236 DD offshore wind turbines for Scottish Power's East Anglia TWO offshore wind farm.

Siemens Gamesa will manufacture wind turbine blades at its Hull factory for 64 turbines to be installed at Scottish Power's East Anglia TWO offshore windfarm. The contract is worth more than £1 billion.
