ScottishPower has signed a £1bn contract with Siemens Gamesa to supply 64 turbines for the East Anglia TWO offshore wind farm, with blades manufactured at Siemens Gamesa's Hull factory.

Siemens Gamesa has won a £1bn contract from ScottishPower to manufacture wind turbine blades at its Hull factory for 64 turbines at the East Anglia TWO offshore wind farm.

ScottishPower formalised a £1.3 billion contract with Siemens Gamesa to supply 95 wind turbines for the East Anglia Three offshore wind farm off the Norfolk coast. The 1.4 GW project will support over 2,300 jobs during construction.
