RDM Group to acquire Eska Group, Dutch solid board producer
Reno De Medici signed an irrevocable commitment to acquire 100% of Fineska B.V., the holding company of the Eska Group, a solid board maker with two Dutch mills and 290,000 tons of yearly capacity. Closing is expected by July 31, 2021.
