Reno De Medici signed an irrevocable commitment to acquire 100% of Fineska B.V., the holding company of the Eska Group, a solid board maker with two Dutch mills and 290,000 tons of yearly capacity. Closing is expected by July 31, 2021.
Turkish firm ESKA has built a TRY 120 million factory on a 20,000 square metre site in Sakarya that makes gas pressure regulators and safety valves, with capacity of 3 million units and exports to over 40 countries. The company plans a third factory in 2021.
