German steel producer Dillinger and its subsidiary ROGESA signed contracts with Primetals Technologies to supply a DRI plant (with Midrex Technologies) and an EAF Ultimate plant for a green steel complex in Dillingen, Germany, with annual capacity of 2 million tons.
