Alloy Enterprises

Johnson Controls has signed an agreement to acquire Alloy Enterprises, a Boston-based company specializing in a next-generation thermal management platform for high-performance data centers and other mission critical industrial applications.

Alloy Enterprises expanded its headquarters and fabrication facility in Burlington, Massachusetts, doubling production area and adding Stack Forging equipment, more than doubling production capacity. A second shift of operators was added.
