Lebronze alloys

Lebronze alloys (LBA) has acquired Allied Copper Alloys Limited, a UK-based supplier of copper alloys. Allied Copper Alloys will continue to operate from its Birmingham service centre.

Astorg enters exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority stake in Lebronze alloys, a specialty copper alloys manufacturer, in partnership with the controlling family and management. The deal is part of Astorg VIII portfolio.
