KJTS Group Bhd's subsidiary KJTN Engineering Co Ltd has been appointed by Central Hua Hin Beach Resort Co Ltd for a chilled water plant improvement project at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin. The contract is a 20-year finance, retrofit, operation, maintenance and transfer scheme valued at THB 194.98 million for Phase 1 and THB 15.52 million for Phase 2.

KJTS Group's Thai subsidiary signed a 20-year agreement with Central Plaza Hotel for retrofit, operation and maintenance of a chiller plant and chilled water supply at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya. Retrofit costs are THB 38.98 million, with fixed monthly fees of THB 620,072.

KJTS Group Bhd's subsidiary KJ Technical Services Sdn Bhd has secured a RM23.75 million sub-contract from Sunway Engie DC Sdn Bhd for commissioning and maintenance of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation pipework for a data centre in Sedenak Tech Park, Johor.
