KJTS Group's Thai subsidiary KJTN Engineering was selected by Central Hua Hin Beach Resort to undertake a chilled water plant improvement project under a 20-year ROT scheme at the Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin. The retrofit works amount to THB 210.5 million.

KJTS Group Berhad and Stonepeak formed a joint venture to develop and invest in district cooling facilities in Malaysia, with aggregate commitments of up to MYR 1.5 billion (USD ~340 million).

KJTS's subsidiary KJTN Engineering signed a 20-year agreement with Central Plaza Hotel (Centel) for retrofit works, O&M services, and chilled water supply at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya. The retrofit works are valued at THB 38.98 million, with total fixed fees of THB 148.82 million over 20 years.

KJTS Group's subsidiary KJ Technical Services accepted a letter of award from Sunway Engie DC for subcontract work on air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation pipework for a data centre in Sedenak Tech Park, Johor, Malaysia, valued at RM23.7 million.
