Yanmar Holdings Co. Ltd. has completed the acquisition of Claas India Pvt. Ltd. from Claas Group through its joint venture Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions Pvt. Ltd. The company has been renamed Yanmar Agricultural Machinery India Pvt. Ltd. (YAMIN) and will produce combines and other agricultural machinery at its factory in Morinda, Punjab, India.

Yanmar Holdings Co. is acquiring all shares of agricultural machinery maker Claas India via Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions. The acquisition is expected to be completed by September 30, 2024.
