Victor Sierra Aviation Holdings

TransDigm Group has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Jet Parts Engineering and Victor Sierra Aviation Holdings from Vance Street Capital for approximately $2.2 billion in cash. The companies are aerospace aftermarket parts suppliers.

Victor Sierra Aviation Holdings acquired Av8, an FAA-PMA manufacturer and repair station specializing in business and regional aviation components, including landing gear and electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic parts.

Vance Street Capital, through its Victor Sierra Aviation Holdings, acquired Aviation Products Systems, a supplier of proprietary replacement wheel & brake components and custom hose kits for general aviation aircraft. This is the latest in a series of tuck-in acquisitions for VS Aviation.
