Walki Group acquires majority stake in Spanish packaging producer Plasbel
Walki Group signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Plasbel Plasticos S.A.U., a Spanish maker of recycled and compostable bags and flexible packaging with a facility in Murcia. The purchase price was not disclosed.
