SHEN MACHINE announced the completion of the transfer of target assets for its restructuring, acquiring 100% equity of Shenyang Zhongjie Aerospace Machine Tool Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Machine Tool Zhongjie Friendship Factory Co., Ltd., and 78.45% equity of Tianjin Tianduan Press Co., Ltd.

Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd. has finalized the acquisition of a 78.45% stake in Tianjin Tianduan Press Co., Ltd. from Genertec Machine Tool Co., Ltd. for 860 million yuan. The deal was approved by Chinese securities regulators and closed in June 2025.

Shenyang Machine Tool plans to issue shares to acquire 100% of Shenyang Machine Tool Zhongjie Friendship Factory and Shenyang Zhongjie Aerospace Machine Tool, and 78.45% of Tianjin Tianduan Press, from related parties.
