AeriTek Global LLC

AeriTek has acquired Continental Refrigerator, a manufacturer of commercial refrigeration equipment, and also acquired the HVAC brand National Comfort Products. Continental Refrigerator will continue to operate under its name with manufacturing remaining in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.

AeriTek Global Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital, announced the acquisition of Minus Forty QBD Corp. (Due North), a manufacturer of commercial refrigeration solutions.

An affiliate of Mill Point Capital has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the commercial refrigeration and foodservice equipment businesses of FEMSA, Imbera and Torrey, forming a new platform called AeriTek Global LLC.
