FEMSA agrees to divest plastics solutions operations to AMMI
FEMSA reached a definitive agreement to sell its plastics solutions operations to AMMI, an affiliate of Milenio Capital, for 3,165 million Mexican pesos on a cash-free, debt-free basis. Closing is subject to regulatory approvals.
