NCAB Group acquires PCB division of DVS Global
NCAB Group has acquired the PCB division of DVS Global, an Italian electronics provider, for SEK200 million ($18.6 million) with a possible earnout of up to SEK45 million ($4.2 million). The deal is expected to close in September 2024.
