MRPC completed an 11-month cleanroom expansion and automation project at its headquarters campus in Butler, Wisconsin, adding five new automated silicone molding cells and seven cleanrooms to support medical device manufacturing.

MRPC, a contract manufacturer of medical device assemblies, has started a $3 million expansion and renovation of Cleanroom 6 in Butler, Wisconsin. The project includes new injection molding machines from Austria and Japan to support high-volume production of liquid silicone rubber and high consistency rubber medical components.
