Zimmer Biomet

Bactiguard entered into an exclusive global license agreement with Zimmer Biomet to use Bactiguard's infection prevention coating on orthopedic trauma implants. The agreement includes a $3 million upfront payment and up to $2 million in contingent payments plus royalties.

Zimmer Biomet acquired SIG Medical, developer of the AdvantageRib System, a minimally invasive rib fixation system. Terms were not disclosed.

Zimmer Biomet agreed to acquire Monogram Technologies for $177 million in cash plus contingent value rights up to $12.37 per share. Monogram's robotic TKA technology will expand Zimmer Biomet's ROSA Robotics platform.

CoRehab and Zimmer Biomet entered into a distribution agreement for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Zimmer Biomet will market CoRehab products under the Smartmove trade name.
