Stereotaxis

Stereotaxis has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Robocath, a venture-backed innovator of robotic technologies for interventional cardiology and neurointerventions. The acquisition strengthens Stereotaxis' position in endovascular procedures.

Stereotaxis has struck a deal to buy Access Point Technologies (APT) for an undisclosed sum, to gain robotically steered diagnostic catheter capabilities for its cardiovascular robots. APT is expected to contribute around $5 million in sales in the first year post-acquisition.
