Vaski Group

Vaski Group Oy has acquired Ursviken Technology AB, a Swedish manufacturer of press brakes and shears, as of January 20, 2025. The combined companies have nearly €50 million in revenue and over 200 employees.

Vaski Group Oy acquired Pivatic Oy, a Finnish manufacturer of coil-fed punching and bending lines. Combined sales exceed 25 million euros with 100 staff. The deal enhances Vaski's coil-fed systems business.
