Silgan Holdings and American Industrial Partners agreed to acquire Netherlands-based metal packaging supplier Trivium Packaging via a new Silgan MCC group, at an enterprise value of about $3.4 billion. The deal is expected to close in mid-2027, subject to regulatory approvals.

Trew, LLC announced a major expansion, leasing 263,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space in West Chester, Ohio, bringing its total to nearly 500,000 square feet. The expansion will create 190 new full-time positions and is supported by a JobsOhio grant and a Job Creation Tax Credit extension.
