Interfood Technology formed a partnership with Purpak, a specialist in flexible packaging equipment, to provide advanced packaging solutions to bakery manufacturers in the UK and Ireland.

Interfood Technology announced a new partnership agreement with cooking equipment manufacturer Alkar, part of the Middleby Food Processing Group, to distribute Alkar's TurboChef industrial oven in the UK and Ireland. The TurboChef is the only industrial oven worldwide to offer microwave, convection and steam heating from a single source.

Interfood Technology signed a partnership with Padovani Technology, an Italian manufacturer of biscuit production machinery, to expand its Bakery Division in the British and Irish markets.

Interfood Technology has agreed to represent Spain-based oven manufacturer Salva in the UK, supplying its range of deck, rotary and fixed rack convection ovens and ancillary equipment to UK food manufacturers.
