BMS Stangeland

BMS Stangeland took delivery of 15 mobile cranes from Sany, including ten 110-tonne rough terrain cranes and five 250-ton all-terrain cranes, for use in Norway, Sweden, and Finland. The company also placed an order for ten hybrid 250-ton mobile cranes.

Rauanheimo acquired Havator's port operations, including crane and material handling services at the ports of Kaskinen, Kemi, and Oulu in Finland.

BMS-Stangeland A/S has completed the acquisition of Havator Group Oy, a crane services company, after receiving final approval from Swedish authorities. The acquisition was announced on 24 April 2024.

BMS Stangeland A/S acquired the entire capital stock of Havator Group Oy from CapMan Buyout IX Fund and other shareholders. Havator is a Nordic leader in lifting, special transport and heavy haulage services.
