Ahlsell Norge AS

Ahlsell Norge AS has agreed to acquire all shares in Verktøy-Maskin AS, a Norwegian supplier of power tools and industrial equipment. Closing is expected in June 2024.

Ahlsell Norge AS agreed to buy all shares in Industrivarer AS, a supplier of tools, machinery, supplies and PPE to industrial customers in Midt-Norge, with 20 employees and 2023 revenue of NOK 126 million. The acquisition is subject to approval from the competition authority.
