CEME completes takeover of ODE Group, Italian solenoid valve and pump maker
CEME S.p.A. completed the takeover of 100% of ODE Group, including ODE srl, ACL srl and ODE-HK, with about 750 employees and over EUR 80 million turnover, creating a group of 1,650 employees.
